This place has treated me well! I feel safe, it's homey, and it's well kept up. Parking is convenient, staff is so nice, it's NOT low-income/ or a crap whole by any means, but rather nice. I've had some issues with repairs, but those get fixed fairly quickly. I'm sad I don't have a dishwasher and I wish my neighbor's dog wouldn't bark so much, but those are my ONLY complaints. Overall, pretty happy/satisfied.

The management and maintenance team's here at Bluegrass Manor are the best!! They will do whatever it takes to make sure the problems are solved so you are happy and comfortable. I've had some maintenance issues, and of course things always happen after hour's! But they do their best to get to it that night. After summer they have a dog swim! At Christmas time a gift wrapping week or 2 with hot chocolate and cookies! They are always doing something for the residents!! It's a great place to live!??

Whenever I have an issue, it is taken care of promptly and properly. I can depend on not having to make multiple calls about the same issue! Very comforting to know I don't have to worry about anything. Apartments are kept well maintained inside and out. Staff is friendly and helpful goes out of their way to help you out. Love living here.

Thanks to the staff for quick response to a leak in my apartment (on New Year's Eve no less!). Someone was out within 30 minutes, taking a look, and did everything they could (it was not a quick fix). The staff was helpful and did not stop until the problem was solved. (again not a quick fix but I totally understood and the staff from the office to maintenance to the specialists were on it) Great job. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment. I have never had any problem with the few issues I have had getting taken care of right away. The property is clean and well cared for and the staff are friendly and helpful.
